Return Policy

Please read over our return policy and if you have any questions feel free to contact us. Wild Roots Boutique ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. We do not refund back to your original payment. Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date your items are delivered or picked up in store. Items must be returned in original condition. 

• Original Condition: Items that HAVE NOT been worn, altered or washed with all original tags. 
• Damaged Items: Please check over your items immediately after receiving them. You have 48 hours to contact us if your item is damaged. 

Discounted/Sale Items are FINAL SALE

For all returns we are available via phone, email, Facebook messenger or in store. When returning shipped items please pack and seal returned items with the invoice included. We are not responsible for packages we do not ship so please use the appropriate shipping packing. Wild Roots Boutique does not provide return shipping labels.
